Returns:
We do not accept returns unless the product arrives physically damaged or the design is incorrect.
Custom Designs:
There are no refunds for custom designs. All custom work is reviewed and approved by the customer before production, making these orders final sale.
Product Photos & Listings:
Please make sure that the product photo matches the title of the item before purchasing.
If you have any confusion or questions, contact us before placing your order.
There are no refunds issued for purchasing the wrong item based on a photo.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only issued if:
The item arrives physically damaged, or
The design received is incorrect.

Custom & Bulk Orders
Yes — we do accept custom orders, depending on the design.
Please note, we do not create items that include trademarked or copyrighted material, such as Disney, Marvel, or any other licensed brands, to avoid legal issues.
We’re happy to create simple and original designs, but more complex requests may be declined if they can’t be completed within our brand guidelines.
